if people KNOW why this is happening exactly, please post a comment here. unfortunately for me, this was nothing short of a rotten egg experience. hell! i even have puyo pop fever on pc(the actual pc port translated and provided by Hernan)and while it ran a little slugishly, it actually ran decently and could play properly! billy hatcher on the other hand? it can barely hold itself up and thats sad, i actually really like billy hatcher and wanted to play it natively on pc without the use of dolphin. which really says a lot about the Sega PC line(yeah its an official thing mostly in japan though, look it up)and having the games files not be in folders and just all over the place.
